A famous vintage ceramic candlestick "Fish", made in Opishna (Poltava region) - the recognized capital of Ukrainian pottery.

Features of the product
•Style and technique: Traditional Opishna majolica using colored pouring glaze.
•Design: Massive stylized fish figure with complex relief molding of fins and scales, which smoothly transitions into a candle holder.
•Color: Characteristic for Opishna products is the combination of deep dark brown (manganese) color of the base with bright green (copper) accents on the upper part.
•Period: The product was mass-produced in the second half of the 20th century (approximately 1960-1970s) at the "Art Ceramics" factory.
