Delivery time.

If you place an order with delivery, it has to be placed 1.5-2 hours before the time when it should be delivered to the recipient. Delivery can be ordered both to your own address and to the address of the person, whom you want to make a gift. Delivery through Kyiv and Kharkiv is carried out daily from 9:00 to 21:00.

Delivery rates in Kyiv and Kharkiv.
Delivery for the orders from UAH 1,500 are made free of charge.
Delivery for the orders up to UAH 1,500 - UAH 130.
Delivery to the suburbs, up to 10 km from the city limits - UAH 200.
Delivery to the suburbs, more than 10 km from the city limits, is calculated by the online store administrator by mileage.

Delivery to the exact time +/- 5 minutes - UAH 200.

3. Delivery by prior call to the recipient.

4. Delivery without prior call to the recipient.
When arranging the gift delivery without the online store administrator calling to the recipient, the customer must provide the information on the time and place of gift delivery, according to the time limits for delivery set by LoraShen online store. We ask you to familiarize yourself with the difficulties that may arise during delivery without prior call to the recipient:

  1. the courier arrives at the specified address, but this address is not correct;
  2. the recipient does not live at the address indicated;
  3. the door was not opened for the courier.

In such cases, the online store administrator informs the customer about this problem in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If the customer can not solve the problem on his/her own, he/she can tell the recipient's phone number to the online store administrator to coordinate with him/her the address and time for order receiving. After the conversation with the recipient, if any, online store administrator contacts with the customer and informs about the results of the conversation. In the case of registration of the courier re-departure, the customer pays for the service, according to the fixed tariffs. If within 24 hours the customer or the recipient does not contact - the order is considered fully completed, the company does not provide a partial or full refund of the amount. The customer is fully responsible for the information provided in LoraShen online store.

5. Home delivery.
The order is delivered to the recipient in person or to an authorized person as agreed with the recipient or the customer.

6. Delivery to the place of work, office or business center.
Delivery is carried out only to the reception. If the recipient can not go down to the checkpoint or is absent at the address at the indicated time, the online store administrator shall coordinate with the customer or the recipient the opportunity to transfer the gift through employees, who know the recipient.

7. Delivery to the hotel.
Delivery is carried out only to the reception.

For successful order delivery, while placing the order, you have to specify the room, where the recipient lives, the name, surname and mobile phone number in order for the receptionist to contact the recipient. The online store courier sends the gift only to the receptionist, then the online store LoraShen is not responsible for the timing of the transfer of the gift.
