We offer you an original Soviet porcelain figurine "Dancer and Harmonist" (also known among collectors as "Pereplyas"). The sculpture has a distinct dynamic plot and bright folk color.
Manufacturer: Polonne Art Ceramics Plant (Polonne ZHC).
Period of creation: 1950-1960s of the 20th century.
Material: hard porcelain, overglaze painting with paints, rich gilding.

Artistic features and detailing of the composition:
Left: a young musician is depicted in full growth. He holds a large harmonica with clearly outlined white furs and gold trim. He is dressed in a white shirt with a bright red collar and light green harem pants, emphasizing the color of the era.
On the right: the second boy (dancer) is depicted in a dynamic squatting folk dance pose. His gaze is directed upwards at the musician. He is dressed in orange harem pants with a green garter. In his left hand he proudly holds his removed headdress - a cap (cap), decorated with red decorative elements.
Expert certificate for the mark:
The authentic blue factory mark, which was used by the enterprise in the period from 1956 to 1972, has been clearly preserved on the base of the product. The mark "2-C" confirms the 2nd grade of porcelain, and the numbers "6-20" indicate the initial state retail price of the Soviet period (6 rubles 20 kopecks).
