Item Description:
An exclusive, rare "Scheherazade" decanter—a large-scale, floor-standing interior piece measuring 40 cm in height. The figural vessel depicts an Oriental beauty seated, wearing a semi-transparent veil, with her arms raised behind her head. Unlike standard mass-produced versions, this particular piece is a substantial, fully functional vessel intended for table service.
The artistic design features an elegant luster (pearlescent) finish on the headdress and parts of the clothing, complemented by a rich, honey-orange glaze on the trousers. The lighter sections of the attire are hand-decorated with delicate, graphic floral motifs and gilding. The original factory mark is clearly visible on the base. Due to its unique, large dimensions, early production date, and high decorative appeal, this decanter holds significant artistic and collectible value within the market for Ukrainian Soviet-era porcelain.
