A rare interior find for connoisseurs of Ukrainian artistic ceramics - a collectible pair of three-horned candlesticks "Sleeping Lion", created at the legendary Lviv Ceramic and Sculpture Factory (LKSF).
This duo shows an amazing play of color and texture. The shape of the products is identical, but each one has its own unique character thanks to different types of majolica glaze:
•Classic chocolate — with a deep, rich dark brown glossy finish.
•Rare olive-green — with a complex gradient transition and melange effect, which advantageously emphasizes the volume of the bas-relief.
The central part of each candlestick is decorated with an expressive two-sided relief plot - a majestic resting lion and a small bird on its back. The products are made in the best traditions of Ukrainian Soviet modernism with elements of national ethno-plastics.
