Collectible porcelain miniature in the form of a traditional Ukrainian Cossack pipe. A true masterpiece of Ukrainian ethno-souvenir production from the period of the Ukrainian SSR. The product attracts attention with its complex plastic form, developed by the famous author of the manufactory O. S. Cherednyk in 1973. A unique feature of this authentic model is the elegant three-dimensional relief of the "scale" on the chubuk (tube), which is filigreely emphasized by deep underglaze cobalt painting in each recess. The rounded bowl-"barrel" has a characteristic artistic thickening in the middle and is decorated with luxurious hand-painted overglaze gilding using the tsirkovka technique (detailed engraving of a pattern on gold). On the chubuk's coupling, a solid porcelain eyelet is cast, covered with glossy gold, which was originally intended for attaching a decorative cord or silk tassel.
This cabinet sculpture is exclusively an interior decoration. It will be a wonderful gift for connoisseurs of Ukrainian retro, Cossack themes and rare cabinet porcelain.
