Arrowroot is white-faced

Maranta leuconeura, is a beautiful ornamental plant that is distinguished by its unique leaves. Arrowroot leaves have an oval shape, a dark green color with distinct white veins, which gives the plant an elegant look. It is also known as the "prayer plant" because of the interesting property of the leaves rising up in the evening and falling down during the day. It feels best in conditions of moderate or diffused light, protected from direct sunlight. The plant likes high humidity, so it is recommended to regularly spray the leaves. The soil should always be slightly moist, but not overmoistened. Fertilization is carried out once every two weeks during the period of active growth (spring-summer).
