We offer an exclusive rarity of Ukrainian decorative and applied art - a vintage zoomorphic Kumanets "Baran".
The product is an original artistic work of the famous Vasylkiv majolica factory (Kyiv region). The model was developed within the cult series "Strange Animals" by outstanding ceramist artists, classics of Ukrainian majolica - Nadia and Valery Protoriev.
The body of the product clearly preserves a rare authentic embossed factory mark - "Vasylkiv Sun" of the 1963-1974 sample (see photo). The presence of a clear stamp directly in the clay mass confirms 100% originality from the Soviet period and makes the item a highly liquid lot for serious collectors.

Artistic features:
•Technique and effects: The item is made of local clay and covered with a proprietary poured glaze (glaze). The emerald-green color with characteristic soft yellow-honey undertones creates a recognizable "watercolor" effect of the Vasylkiv art school.
•Condition: Impeccable preservation for its age. Completely intact, without chips, cracks, glue or restoration interventions. The glass gloss of the glaze and the saturation of the pigment have been preserved in their original form. The item is of great historical and museum value.
