Day of the Dead is a very authentic and interesting Mexican holiday.
On this day, Mexicans decorate the cemetery where their relatives are buried with fresh rich coloured flowers and ribbons, they light up candles so that the souls of the deceased could find their way home and stay with their close people. Especially for the holiday, we created a fantastical floral photo zone in the Kartata Potata cooking studio. The photo zone featured a skull made of fresh white and orange roses. Also, everywhere around the cooking studio space candles in dome candle holders and floral arrangements were placed on tables to match the floral photo zone.
The décor looked eye-catchy and memorable, in the best Mexican traditions.
