  • Receive incoming calls: advisory support to customers, search and offer the best solutions to the customers concerning the issues raised;
  • provide the necessary information by phone on services, tariffs, programs and other information;
  • work with complaints and suggestions;
  • entering phone orders in the database;
  • control of order fulfillment;
  • incoming calls: to notify and clarify information;
  • telephone sales;
  • work with the internal database;
  • control payment of orders;
  • interaction with the logistics department.
